I am starting to get honestly exhausted. I can not find a way to find a very good shared web hosting service for my web pages. I am using ixwebhosting, however they seem to be down every other day! Will someone help me?

You can get 10mb free webspace for each Earthlink.net Email address that you have which allows you to use their free site builder and FTP access.
