I was using FileKeeper.Org for business purposes, before I had given a corporate FTP space. It is free. Uploading through FTP, but downloading through the Web Interface. At the time I used the service, it was very fast and reliable.

If u want some more webspace, bandwidth, phpBB etc. you can upgrade to their plans. They are not the cheapest of hosts but quite reliable on their claims i.e. 99.8% uptime, just very excellent customer support, industry standard security and no ads for providing free web-space.

Apart from that you can try x10hosting.com, wetpaint.com etc but most would place ads for providing free-space. For blogging word-press, blogger are the best.

Well, if you take my suggestion. That is practically not possible. The reason behind this is that there are many physical costs to cover up. If the cost isnt mentioned, then you might not have a way to go well about it.

I would go first to Microsoft Corp's Office LIve Small Business
Then Weebly
Then SynthaSite

All 3 are wonderful. Enter a user name, a password, and some other details. Then visit your domain-name registrar and tweak your settings so that your Web address points to the service you've chosen. The hosting service will give you instructions on how to do this.

What you are looking for in available with webs.com

Webs.com is free and very easy to use.
I am using it and found very good.
But the only limitation with free version is in the url
it will be like http://www.yoursitename.webs.com

Just take one care when you are signing up for webs.com
While you are selecting your website template there is a option which says "Use Advanced (HTML) Mode". Click this link instead of selecting the templates offered by webs.com
