Should you buy a web hosting account first or build your website first?
I was looking at a website tutorial and they said I should buy the web host account first or it will cause problems later with my Dreamweaver. I'm just hesitant because I don't want to pay for a site that doesn't exist yet. I don't even know how long its will take me to build the site. Any suggestions?
